Howto: Run the *graphical* CentOS 6.0 installer in XenCenter (as opposed to the basic and limited text installer)

It took us some time to figure this one out. When creating a new CentOS 6.0 VM in XenCenter we only got the text installer, which as per CentOS (and Red Hat) is very limited and does not allow for much configuration or package choosing.

If you want to run the graphical CentOS installation, the trick is: don't select a CentOS VM template in the XenCenter "New VM" wizard. Scroll all the way down and pick "Other install media":

You'll be able to pick the CentOS 6.0 ISO image at the "Installation Media" step of the wizard.
